Founded in 2004 by Morgan-Yee and Johnson, and then joined by Jackson in 2006, these women bring a unique combination of expertise to pacific home that crosses all areas of interior design; merchandising; marketing; purchasing; forecasting; operations; and direct import sourcing.

Jennifer Johnson’s image and creation of Pacific Home comes from her wealth of design experience and inner ambitions. Although Hawaii is her home, she has worked for high-profile architectural and design firms in other key markets such as Gensler in San Francisco, named the 2000 Firm of the Year by The American Institute of Architects; and Murphy-Stevens in Denver. In Hawaii, she spent time with Wimberly Allison Tong and Goo and Architects Hawaii. Working with successful retailers, Banana Republic, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Pottery Barn, provided Jennifer with an insiders look at the retail experience. Jennifer’s strength is her understanding of branding, graphic design, current trends, and living styles. Filled with fresh ideas and enthusiasm, Jennifer Johnson is hands-on and ready to help make your style dreams a reality.

Aubrey Yee’s image and creation of Pacific Home, as one of the original founders, was inspired by a desire to take her already successful, wholesale home furnishings and accessories business a step further. Co-owner of Amber Road International, Aubrey began importing products directly from Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines. She has worked with retailers in Hawaii and on the U.S. mainland as well as with local designers to create custom high-end home furnishings and unique building materials for her clients. Some past clients include: Philpotts and Associates; Duty Free Galleries; Gump’s Catalog; Kobayashi Development Group; South Pacific Design Group; and Swan Interiors. Aubrey brings to Pacific Home the ability to make fresh and unique furniture designs a reality.

Jamie Smith Jackson’s vision for Pacific Home stems from her background as an interior designer with her own company, BooBam Design. Jamie’s exceptional design talents have taken her all over the world resulting in an award-winning design of a New York City SoHo restaurant; a resort hotel at St. Thomas in the Caribbean; and numerous private homes from lofts in New York City’s Tribeca area to modern high-rise condos in Honolulu, and actor Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor’s home on the north shore of Kauai. A graduate of Northwestern University with a degree in theater and fine arts, Jamie built an accomplished resume as an actor. She has also been a co-owner of Jackson-Arnold, a couture fashion company; as well as a conceptual artist. After at least a decade of living in Hawaii, with homes on both Oahu and Kauai, Jamie has developed a personal knowledge of living the Island lifestyle that, when coupled with her worldly experience, makes her the perfect choice for president and lead designer at Pacific Home Studio.
