Returns and Exchanges

All Sales are Final. Accessories may be eligible for return within in five (5) days and for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns will incur a 10% merchandise re-stocking fee. ALL return items must be accompanied by the original sales receipt and in their original condition, original packaging and with tags attached. You are responsible for getting the merchandise back to Pacific Home and any damages that occur during the return.


We stand by the quality of all our products and will help you find a reasonable solution if there is a problem or defect with an item purchased from Pacific Home. Warranties may vary by each individual manufacturer. Please inquire on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that our case goods are made with hardwoods and other natural materials. Indentations, slight cracks, or color variations are inherent in these materials. These imperfections are non-structural and are part of the charm and appeal of the product. If you have any concerns, please feel free to ask us at any time.
