StyleIn at Pacific Home “Texture and Color Play”
Pacific Home’s StyleIn, the monthly, hands-on demonstration of home styling, presents “Texture and Color Play” with interior designer, Tiare Cowan-Broad, CKD, Allied ASID. Ms. Cowan-Broad will show how to create interest and depth in living spaces with texture and color. Through the use of actual samples, you’ll learn how to mix patterns, colors, and textures to create an interesting cohesive interior and how layering colors can create interest in your home’s architecture. Enjoy complimentary wine, soft drinks, and light pupu while enriching your lifestyle by filling it with texture and color that works for your Pacific Home.
Tiare Cowan-Broad, the founder of TCB Island Interiors, was recently selected to be a designer-contestant on HGTV’s “Designer Challenge.” Working as a team with Studio Becker, she will remodel a great room that includes living, dining, and kitchen areas. The goal is for each of three designers to come up with a plan and present it to the show’s client, who, on camera, chooses the winning designer. To see Ms. Cowan-Broad’s work and to see if her team wins, keep an eye on HGTV’s “Designer Challenge.”
For those who are not clients on this high-profile show, Ms. Tiare Cowan-Broad can be contacted through her TCB Island Interiors offices in Lanikai or at the Studio Becker Showroom, which she owns with her brother Rick Cowan and her husband, William Broad. Ms. Cowan-Broad is a certified Kitchen Designer, Board Member for NKBA and active member of ASID and has operated an interior design firm for 15 plus years.
