Pacific Home first opened its doors in Upper Kakaako in August 2004. In just under two years, the company recognized a need to expand to better assist their customers as well as showcase their expanding line of products. The new Ward Avenue space is 6,600 square feet, allowing for a much greater variety of furniture to be displayed.

The concept is the brainchild of two women entrepreneurs, Aubrey Yee and Jennifer Johnson. Recently, as part of the expansion plan, they have brought on Jamie Jackson as their third partner. All residents of Oahu, these innovative women sought to create a design-driven environment for local clientele that would combine the strengths of quality, imported, exotic merchandise with the newest, sharpest trends in home furnishings offered by the top brands in the United States. Pacific Home is the exclusive retailer in Hawaii for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams as well as newly added lines including: high-end outdoor furniture from Janus et Cie, rugs from Emma Gardner and Angela Adams; Heath Ceramics; Kenneth Cole flatware and dishes; Amenity bedding; and lamps from Jamie Young.
