Pacific Home Launches New Web Site - Neighbor Island Residents to Benefit

(Honolulu, Hawaii)…Avoid the traffic and stay at home to browse. Pacific Home launches their new Web site, www.pacific-home.com, featuring an online catalog where customers can order merchandise. Beginning with the launch of the company’s new Web site, all orders placed online, now through March 15, will receive a 10% discount.

“It’s really a benefit for customers who are on the Neighbor Islands and on the mainland,” explained Aubrey Morgan-Yee, co-owner of Pacific Home, “Prior to the Web site’s online catalog, customers had to rely on visiting our showroom on Oahu, but this way they can actually see products and have a good understanding of color options and designs that are available without making the trip.”

Neighbor Island residents, Oahu residents, and customers from the mainland can browse 24/7 and order merchandise using Pacific Home’s online shopping cart. Within 24 hours of an online order being placed, a Pacific Home Associate will contact the customer in order to confirm the purchase, verify the products, customize any needed materials, and work out shipping and delivery options.

“We didn’t want to have a click and buy Web site at this time without our associates’ involvement,” explained Jenn Johnson, co-owner of Pacific Home, “ So many of our pieces are custom designed and we want to make sure we are still providing top-notch customer service, whatever the customer’s proximity is to the store.”

The new Pacific Home Web site was created by a design and technical team. Kaypee Soh, president of SO:Mace (somacedesign.com), led the creative design process, while Mark Johnson, president of logicspin (logicspin.com), headed up the Web site’s technical development.
